Benjamin Crawford is a member of the CCRC and an Assistant Professor with CU Denver’s Department of Geography and Environment. He has authored and co-authored a plethora of peer reviewed articles on urban surface temperatures, carbon dioxide monitoring, and urban energy. His research interests are:
Surface-atmosphere interactions & boundary layer climates, especially in cities and complex terrain
Air quality, renewable energy, and weather-related hazards, and;
Distributed observation networks and sensor design
