Research Collaborations

What is a Short-Term Research Collaboration?

Short-Term Collaborations are grant- or fee-funded projects that the CCRC and a community partner conduct over a 6-12 month time frame. These projects are generally more solution oriented and are based on the guidance and needs of the community partners. As part of these projects, the CCRC will also work with community partners to seek grants and funding opportunities.

What is a Long-Term Research Collaboration?

Long-term research collaborations are multi-year projects funded by external grants. External grants will be sought by the CCRC and applied and procured in partnership with a community organization lead researcher, Long-term collaborations are typically those that require longer data collection, testing, and collaboration.
